Arsenal are interested in signing Ruben Neves from Wolverhampton Wanderers in the summer transfer window, according to The Times.
Wolves are willing to sell Neves this summer, and Arsenal have already started working on making a deal happen.
The Wanderers had valued the Portugal international midfielder at €80 million (£68.73 million), but Arsenal believe that they can get him now for €40 million (£34.37 million), according to the report.
What a signing Neves would be for Arsenal, especially after the Gunners missed on Emiliano Buendia to Aston Villa…
Especially for €40 million (£34.37 million).
Neves is one of the better midfielders in the Premier League and is a big player for Wolves.
The Portugal international has been a big success in England and would be able to make an immediate impact on the team.

The 24-year-old made 31 starts and five substitute appearances in the Premier League for the Wanderers this past season.
Neves – described as “a world-class talent” by former Wolves striker Steve Bull in The Express & Star in February 2018 – scored five goals and gave one assist in those games.
And if you have any doubt about Neves, just read what Jose Mourinho had to say about the midfielder.
The former Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United manager knows a quality player when he sees one.
Mourinho told Football.London in December 2019: “Moutinho and Neves, they are top players, they move the ball fast.”
