The festival is coming back for another star-studded line-up in Barcelona in 2022.
The festival recently unveiled details about who is performing next year and now you can get tickets for the event.
So, here’s how to buy tickets for Primavera Sound 2022 and their cost explored.
Primavera 2022: Tickets
Tickets for Primavera Sound 2022 can be purchased from the festival’s official website. Tickets have gone on sale on Tuesday, June 1st at 10 am (BST).
For example, a ticket for the first weekend (June 2-4), a PRIMAVERA A LA CIUTAT (June 5-8) and in BRUNCH-ON THE BEACH (June 12) costs €245+ fees.
You’ll have to pay €245+ fees if you are after a ticket for the second weekend (June 9-11), a PRIMAVERA A LA CIUTAT (June 5-8) and in BRUNCH-ON THE BEACH (June 12).
Tickets for the first and second festival weekend are €425 (+fees) per person.
There are also limited VIP tickets available at the time of writing but note they might get sold out after the time of publication.
Primavera 2022: Line-up
The first festival weekend (June 2-4) includes the likes of Pavement, The Strokes, Beck, Massive Attack, Gorillaz, Tyler, the Creator, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, and Tame Impala.
Other artists who will perform on this weekend are Charli XCX, Jorja Smith, Caribou, Kacey Musgraves, Bikini Kill, Sharon Van Etten, Kim Gordon, Brockhampton, Fontaines DC, and others.
The second weekend (June 9-11) is headlined by Lorde, Dua Lipa, Megan Thee Stallion, Interpol and Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
You can also see Big Thief, Run the Jewels, Interpol, MIA, Jessie Ware, Slowdive, Courtney Barnett, and others, on the second weekend.
Lorde on Primavera 2022
A week ago, fans started speculating that Lorde might have finished her third album and that it could arrive at some point this year.
The rumours started when the Primavera website seemingly confirmed that the singer might release her new album before 2022.
“Lorde, who will emerge from her retirement with her third album after her unforgettable visit in 2018,” the website wrote before editing to: “Lorde, who will emerge from her retirement after her unforgettable visit in 2018.”
Lorde teased that she would give her fans “something in return” in 2021 in exchange for voting in the New Zealand election.
