The 28-year-old came on in the 88th minute of the Europe League final in Gdańsk, and helped get Unai Emery’s men over the line.

Moreno converted his penalty in the shootout, and then went on to film himself mocking the Red Devils in the dressing room.

He was often something of a liability, finding himself caught out defensively.

His impact going forward, however, was quite something.

Fans will surely remember his stunning goal against Tottenham on his Premier League debut, in which he robbed Andros Townsend and ran the length of the pitch before smashing home.
