The agent of Spartak Moscow midfielder Alex Kral has admitted that talks over a £14 million move to West Ham United are underway, while speaking to Idnes.
On Tuesday, Sky Sports claimed that a 23-year-old ball-winner who has been linked with Premier League clubs ever since bursting onto the scene during the Czech Republic’s 2-1 victory over England in 2019 could finally be on his way to Britain.
West Ham are looking to add Kral to their influential Czech contingent at the London Stadium.
And talks have now begun regarding a deal that would set David Moyes’ side back around £14 million.
“I can confirm that we were in England, where we had more talks about Alex,” said agent Karol Kisel, who also represents West Ham right-back Vladimir Coufal.
“Everything will be decided by the Euros, during the transition period. Now the boys need peace of mind in their national team.”

Does Kisel mean that Kral could be a West Ham player by the time the European Championships kick off on Friday 11th June?
The Hammers are certainly wasting no time as they look to reinforce a squad which, while high on quality, is not exactly brimming with depth.
If Kral can adapt to life in England as impressively Coufal and Tomas Soucek did, the poodle-haired enforcer could provide some much-needed competition for the overworked Declan Rice while filling a gap created by Mark Noble’s imminent retirement.
