Manchester United defender Harry Maguire has taken to Instagram to send a message to Leicester City after they beat Chelsea in the FA Cup final this evening.

Leicester got the better of Premier League rivals Chelsea 1-0 in the final.

Youri Tielemans scored the only goal of the match in the 63rd minute to help his side win the competition.

It was a brilliant goal, as the Belgian’s spectacular right-footed drive flew beyond Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga into the top corner from 25 yards.

There was late VAR drama in the final as well.

Wes Morgan bundled the ball into his own net in the final moments of the game, but after a VAR check, the own goal was ruled out with Ben Chilwell deemed to be in an offside position.

Leicester sold Maguire to United in the summer of 2019 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £80 million, and the England international has sent the following message to the Foxes on Instagram, while paying tribute to the club’s late owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha.
