What is Killer of the Flower Moon’s release date?
While Killer of the Flower Moon is slated for a 2021 release, it does not have an official release date yet.
According to a report in Deadline, the film was originally scheduled to start filming in 2018 but got stalled. Scorsese then began working on The Irishman which was released in 2019.
Alongside Leo and Lily, the film also stars Robert De Niro, Jesse Plemons, Tantoo Cardinal and others.
The story of Killers of the Flower Moon is set in 1920s Oklahoma. It revolves around the Osage Nation, who were the richest people, per capita in the world at the time.
Their wealth was a result of the discovery of oil under their land. However, in the years to come each and every one of these rich folks were murdered, one by one.
When the death toll rose, the case landed with a newly formed FBI, who went on to uncover the huge conspiracy behind these monstrous crimes in Oklahoma.
