Everton, Southampton and Crystal Palace are lining up to sign Kevin Joshua from Premier League rivals West Bromwich Albion this summer, as reported by All Nigeria Soccer.

When the Baggies snapped up the talented centre-half from Solihull Moors in March, they probably didn’t expect to be fighting a battle for Joshua’s future a few weeks later.

The highly rated Irishman has made a big impact during a handful of appearances in Premier League 2.

And Joshua’s performances haven’t gone unnoticed elsewhere either. ANS reports Everton, Southampton, Crystal Palace and Leicester City are all weighing up moves heading into the summer transfer window.

West Brom are determined to stand strong, however, and will offer Joshua improved terms just one month after handing him a trial at the Hawthorns.

The ball, then, is in the 19-year-old’s court.

Does Joshua stay put at a club that values him highly in the hope opportunities come his way in the Championship next season?

Or will he be lured away by the prospect of Premier League football at the likes of Everton or Southampton?

Toffees director Marcel Brands is a master when it comes to unearthing diamonds in the rough. Everton have lifted the Premier League 2 title in two of the past four seasons.

Ralph Hasenhuttl and Brendan Rodgers, meanwhile, both have fine track records when it comes to blooding unproven youngsters.
