According to The Sun, Tottenham Hotspur could appoint Julian Nagelsmann as their new manager before the end of the season.
Nagelsmann is under contract at RB Leipzig, but Tottenham reportedly hope that they can lure the 33-year-old to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium before the summer.
The report in the British tabloid has added that the 33-year-old German wants to manage a club in England.
Tottenham sacked Jose Mourinho as their first-team head coach yesterday, with Ryan Mason placed in charge of the side for now.
Unlikely to happen?
Nagelsmann could well become the new Tottenham manager in the summer, but it is hard to see the German leave Leipzig before the end of the season.

After all, Leipzig are still in the running for the Bundesliga title, and the 33-year-old is unlikely to leave his club at this stage of the campaign.
Leipzig are seven points behind leaders Bayern Munich in second place in the league table, and there is still a chance that they could win the championship.
It is very unlikely that Nagelsmann will want to leave Leipzig now and not finish the job.
