Leeds United have unveiled a banner at Elland Road ahead of the Premier League game against Liverpool this evening, hitting out at the European Super League.

Liverpool are among the six English clubs who have decided to join the European Super League.

Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City are the other teams from the Premier League who are the Founding Clubs.

Leeds will take on Liverpool at Elland Road this evening, and ahead of the Premier League game, the West Yorkshire club have made their opinion clear on the European Super League and the teams who have formed the breakaway league.

Leeds will be determined to put on a show this evening and pick up all three points from the encounter against Liverpool.

The Reds were given a run for their money by Marcelo Bielsa’s side earlier in the season, and the Whites will be keen on bagging three points this evening.

Liverpool are still very much in the race for the Premier League top four, but with the club to play in the European Super League next season – if it goes ahead – they may not be that bothered on finishing in the Champions League places as they will not play in the competition.
