
According to Eurosport, Liverpool are interested in signing Jude Bellingham, and Pep Guardiola’s recent comments about the Borussia Dortmund star will encourage the Reds’ fans.
Eurosport has reported that Liverpool are among the clubs who are monitoring the 17-year-old midfielder, who is a rising star and could be part of the England squad for the European Championship this summer.
The England international midfielder has been superb for Dortmund since joining the German club from Birmingham City last summer for a transfer fee reported by The Mirror to be worth £20.7 million.
According to WhoScored, Bellingham has scored one goal and provided three assists in 15 Bundesliga starts and scored one goal and provided one assist in eight Champions League starts for Dortmund this season.
City manager Pep Guardiola came up against the former Birmingham youngster in the Champions League quarter-finals this season.
The former Barcelona manager was impressed by the English teenager and raved about him this week.

Bundesliga.com quotes Guardiola as saying about Bellingham: “He’s so good for 17 years old, he’s a fantastic player.
“There was one moment when he didn’t get the ball from central defenders, how he shouts and demands that ball to him at 17 means a lot.”
Guardiola has managed some of the best players in the world, such as Lionel Messi and Xavi, and he knows a top player when he sees one.
The City boss’s comments about Bellingham is proof that the teenage midfielder would be a brilliant signing for Liverpool this summer.
