Gary Lineker has taken to Twitter to react after a decision was made on the incident between Glen Kamara and Ondřej Kúdela back in March.
The 25-year-old Rangers man claimed he was racially abused by the 8-cap Czech Republic international.
Now – not that we didn’t believe him before – his allegation has been validated by UEFA, who have handed Kúdela a 10-game ban.
That isn’t good enough, in our view. The Slavia Prague man has been found guilty of racism, so the punishment must be more severe.
After all, a 10-game ban is what Luis Suárez received for biting Branislav Ivanović back in 2013 – is biting really on the same level as racism in UEFA’s eyes?

Shockingly, Kamara himself has been handed a three-game ban for assaulting Kúdela in retaliation at what happened to him.
We don’t condone violence, but surely his reaction was justified?
Lineker seems to agree – you can see what the BBC Match of the Day host tweeted below.
If someone’s had racist abuse screamed in their face, you simply cannot blame them for wanting to lash out.

At the very most, Kamara should’ve been hit with a fine and a warning.
Now, the 27-cap Finland international will miss Rangers’ first three Champions League games of next season – a very cruel punishment.
