Micah Richards said on BBC Radio 5 Live (7:59pm, April 12, 2021) that Leeds United star Stuart Dallas has the versatility of Liverpool ace James Milner.
Milner is one of the most versatile players in the Premier League who can operate as a full-back, winger and midfielder.
The former Leeds star has been superb for Liverpool over the years and has won the Premier League and the Champions League with the Reds.
Former Manchester City and Aston Villa full-back Richards, who now works as a pundit for BBC Sport, believes that Leeds star Dallas is like Milner because of his ability to play in different positions.
Richards said about Dallas on BBC Radio 5 Live (7:59pm, April 12, 2021): “He reminds me a little of James Milner where he is a little bit underrated. You can put him in any position and he will do a job.
“I am not comparing them by any stretch of the imagination because what James Milner has done. I just meant the versatility. Milner has played, I have seen him at left-back, right-back, right mid, left mid, holding mid, attacking mid, even upfront at times, so he is versatile and you can trust him.”

Versatility
Dallas arrived at Leeds as a winger, but under head coach Marcelo Bielsa, the Northern Ireland international has developed his game and has added facets to it.
The 29-year-old can now play as a left-back and as a midfielder, and his performances in those positions have been superb.
Bielsa likes his players to be able to play in multiple positions, and in Dallas, the Argentine has someone who is always willing to work hard and play in whatever position he is asked to.
Dallas is an asset, and all the success he is achieving in the Premier League is well deserved.
