According to Bild, RB Leipzig have put Christopher Nkunku up for sale amid claims that Arsenal and Tottenham are interested in his services.
Bild‘s Christian Falk confirmed Arsenal’s interest when revealing the Bundesliga outfit’s stance on Nkunku.
Elsewhere, it was Foot Mercato who said Tottenham were keen – they also claimed that the Gunners want the 23-year-old.
Falk added that Nkunku has a market value of €40 million (£34.7 million).
Despite the fact he’s available, the Frenchman clearly won’t come cheap.
Falk also confirmed that the former Paris Saint-Germain maestro’s contract in Germany runs until 2024, hence his hefty valuation.

Arsenal and Tottenham fans who don’t know much about Nkunku might be wondering what type of player he is.
Luckily, the player himself made a helpful – but bold – comparison.
Nkunku likened his playing style to Marco Verratti’s, a man who he shared a dressing room with at Paris Saint-Germain.
As quoted by talkSPORT, the 6-cap France Under-21 international said: “I am similar to him because I am pint-sized. I love to play football and it is when I have the ball at my feet that one can see my qualities, like Marco Verratti.”

Verratti – a classy, 40-cap Italy international – is a brilliant player, so this comparison should certainly be of interest to Arsenal and Tottenham fans.
It is unclear whether or not the north Londoners are happy to pay a sum in the region of Nkunku’s lofty valuation.
However, the fact he’s been put up for sale suggests RB Leipzig are keen to offload him, and could be willing to negotiate.
