Aston Villa attacking midfielder Jack Grealish has taken to Instagram to express his disappointment at missing the game against Liverpool.
Villa will take on Liverpool away from home at Anfield in the Premier League on Saturday.
Earlier today, Villa manager Dean Smith said that Grealish, who can also operate as a winger, will miss the game against the Reds. In fact, the England international attacking midfielder will be out for two more weeks due to a shin injury.
Grealish has just posted a message on Instagram, as shown below.
Grealish has been on the sidelines with a shin injury for a while and has not played in Villa’s last seven Premier League games and also missed England’s recent matches, as reported by The Sun.
Hopefully for Villa fans, the 25-year-old will be back in action soon, as the Villans still have a chance of finishing in the European places in the Premier League table this season.
According to WhoScored, Grealish has scored six goals and provided 10 assists in 22 Premier League games for Villa so far this season.
