According to AS, Teun Koopmeiners is more than ready to leave AZ Alkmaar after being linked with Liverpool and Leeds.
The Spanish news outlet claim that he is expected to cost $20 million (£14.6 million) which seems like a bargain given his form this season.
Has the Premier League held England back?
In 37 games for the Dutch outfit, Koopmeiners has scored an impressive 17 goals from midfield, while also recording seven assists.
AS claim that Liverpool intends to replace Georginio Wijnaldum with the 19-cap Netherlands international.
Elsewhere, The Telegraph revealed back in September that Marcelo Bielsa wanted to bring Koopmeiners to Leeds.

Given the fact he’s just 23, and has bagged 17 goals this season, it feels like either Jürgen Klopp or Bielsa could land a huge bargain for just £14.6 million.
Koopmeiners captains AZ Alkmaar despite his young age, and also occasionally wears the armband for the Netherlands national team.
The Castricum-born maestro can also operate at centre-back.
This would be extremely useful for Liverpool and Leeds, who have both had to deploy midfielders at centre-back this season in Fabinho and Kalvin Phillips.
However, AS mention that Roma, Napoli, Sevilla and Inter Milan are also keen on the Dutchman.
In that respect, Liverpool and Leeds should move quickly if they’re serious about signing Koopmeiners this summer.
