Ian Wright has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to Arsenal’s failure to win at the Emirates Stadium tonight.

Arsenal have played out a 1-1 draw with Slavia Prague in North London in the first leg of the Europa League quarter-final tie.

Nicolas Pepe came off the substitutes’ bench to put the Gunners in the lead in the 86th minute, but the visiting team found the equaliser in the third minute of injury time through Tomas Holes.

Arsenal legend Wright was following the match, and he has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the final result.

Disappointing performance from Arsenal

Arsenal had chances to score and should have taken them. It should have an easy win for the Gunners, but the advantage is now with Slavia due to the away goal.

Willian saw an effort come back off the frame of the Slavia goal, while Alexandre Lacazette should have done better than hit the crossbar when he was in a one-on-one situation.

The substitutes – Gabriel Martinelli, Pepe and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang – made an impact after coming on, and some Arsenal fans will ask why manager Mikel Arteta did not make the changes earlier.
