Tottenham fans have taken to Twitter to react after seeing Harry Kane do one thing in the 70th minute of England’s 2-1 win over Poland last night.

The Spurs striker was facing former Arsenal glovesman Wojciech Szczęsny at Wembley, a man who isn’t the most popular among Tottenham fans.

A few years ago, the 30-year-old filmed himself singing ‘it’s happened again’ after Spurs lost 5-1 to Newcastle on the final day of the 2015/16 season.

It meant Arsenal finished above them, despite Spurs being involved in a title race for most of that campaign.

In that respect, Kane delighted a bunch of Tottenham fans with his second-half lunge on Szczęsny, which was quite a late challenge to say the least.

Tottenham’s No.10 clattered into the Poland international in the 70th minute, and it looked like a very dangerous tackle.

In fairness to Szczęsny, he just got up and carried on as normal, when he could’ve easily made a meal of it and tried to get Kane sent off.

The Pole left Arsenal in 2017, although the Tottenham fans on Twitter certainly haven’t forgotten who he is, or who he used to play for.

Let’s see what they’ve been saying about Kane’s challenge on Szczęsny, a man who is strongly disliked on the white side of north London…
