Who is Jen Shah’s husband? The reality TV star has been arrested and charged over an alleged telemarketing fraud scheme.
Cast member of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, Jen Shah, was arrested and charged on March 30th with “conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with telemarketing and conspiracy to commit money laundering,” as stated by the New York City Police Department.
The police allege the reality TV star and her assistant Stuart Smith had performed a fraudulent telemarketing scheme since 2012. It’s alleged the pair sold victims, who were mainly over the age of 55, “online business services” which didn’t earn the promised returns, before selling their information along to other schemes.
Variety confirmed that the show is currently filming its second season, meaning viewers could get more than they bargained for in terms of personal life revelations.
Who is Jen Shah’s husband?
Jen Shah is married to husband Sharrieff Shah, who has previously appeared on the show. Sharrieff works as a football coach at the University of Utah, where he previously studied and played. Jen Shah’s husband played football at the university for three seasons but suffered a “career-ending neck injury.”
The couple met in college, as Sharrieff explained in an episode of Real Housewives: “When I met my wife in college, it was fantastic. I never in my life, in my life, seen anybody as pretty in my life,” he said. “And I said, ‘Well, would you like to go out?’ And she said, ‘Yes, but I’ll bring my cousins with me.’ You girls roll deep.”
Previously, Sharrieff worked as both a trial attorney with Siegfred & Jensen, and a sports agent through the NFL Player Association. From 2000 through to 2011, he also appeared as a sports reporter for Utah’s ESPN 700 radio station.
Sharrieff Shah’s children with Jen
Jen Shah has two children with husband Sharrieff Shah, although they remain relatively private about them.
Eldest son, Sharrieff Jr, was born in 1994 and like his father, became a college football player until 2016. Now, he works as a Orthopaedic Medical Assistant at the University of Utah Health.
While the pair’s youngest son is called Omar, but his age is unknown.
