According to Jeunes Footeux, Arsenal and West Ham United are fighting over the signing of Brondby talent Jesper Lindstrom.

It’s claimed that the two London clubs have been following Lindstrom closely ahead of possibly signing him this summer.

They are not alone though, as RB Leipzig are also though to be interested in securing Lindstom’s signature.

Who is Jesper Lindstrom?

Lindstrom, 21, has been a sensation this season, smashing nine goals and nine assists in just 22 league games.

Primarily a number 10, Lindstrom has come up through the Brondby ranks and now finds himself wanted around Europe.

Tabbed as one for the future, Lindstrom was branded ‘magical’ by manager Niels Frederiksen back in November having scored a superb goal against Odense Bodlklub.

How much could Lindstrom cost?

A recent report from Voetbal24, Lindstrom will cost around €10million (£8.5million) meaning he could fit into the plans of both Arsenal and West Ham.

The Gunners are seeking another playmaker this summer, and having seen one Scandinavian excel in Martin Odegaard, they may see Lindstrom as a cheaper alternative.

West Ham raided the Danish market for Frederik Alves in January, so interest in Lindstrom is no great shock having excelled so much this term.
