She continued to stand by Tina’s side when the singer split from Ike Turner. Rhonda worked as Tina’s road manager from 1976 to 1983. Following this, she took on the role of Tina’s personal assistant until her retirement in 2009.
Their relationship continued to grow and stood strong as Tina married Erwin Bach in 2013. In fact, Rhonda was the maid of honor at Tina’s wedding.
