According to Il Milanista, West Ham are interested in signing Marseille’s Jordan Amavi, who is also believed to be a target for Arsenal and Leeds.
The 27-year-old’s contract expires in June, meaning he will be available for free once June 30th has been and gone.
Interestingly, the Hammers aren’t the only Premier League side who have been linked with the left-back.
10 Iconic Football Moments That VAR Would’ve CHANGED
Canal+ claimed back in January that Amavi wants to join Leeds, while L’Equipe revealed that Arsenal and Crystal Palace were also keen.
It’s no surprise that four clubs from England’s top-flight want the Frenchman, as he already has some Premier League experience.

Amavi spent time with Aston Villa from 2015 to 2017, where he made 10 Premier League appearances for the Villans.
Il Milanista add that AC Milan – who sit second in Serie A – are also interested in the Toulon-born defender.
Realistically, they could blow all four Premier League sides out of the water in this race, as they’ll most likely be able to offer Champions League football.
West Ham could also still qualify, but it seems as if AC Milan’s spot in the competition next season is more secure.
Keep an eye on this saga, as clubs will surely be desperate to poach a quality player for free amid the financial problems caused by COVID-19.
