Fiorentina are demanding £35 million for reported Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United target Dusan Vlahovic as contract talks hit an impasse, as reported by Tuttomercatoweb.
With just two months until the summer market opens, the much-coveted Serbia international is in a position of real strength.
Vlahovic has sent scouts from across Europe into a tizzy during a fine breakthrough season in Serie A.
According to Calciomercato, West Ham’s ongoing striker search has led them to the left-footed 21-year-old. Vlahovic also has admirers at Spurs, with Carlos Vinicius’ future beyond this season still very much up in the air (Repubblica).
Tuttomercatoweb, meanwhile, has thrown Roma, AC Milan and RB Leipzig into the mix.
The ball, then, is in Fiorentina’s court.
Vlahovic wants a pay rise – a big one too – and if La Viola are unwilling to meet his demands, he won’t be short of alternative offers.

The former Partizan Belgrade youngster earns £7,000 a week at the Stadio Artemio Franchi. And his stance is simple – Vlahovic wants a new and improved pay packet of £40,000 if he’s to extend his contract with the Serie A outfit.
However, after Vlahovic took his season’s tally to 12 with a stunning, 34-minute hat-trick against Benevento last week, who can blame one of Italy’s rising stars for seeking a better deal?
Speaking to TMW last week, his former Partizan teammate Uros Djurdjevic suggested there was little difference between Vlahovic and a certain Norwegian number nine who’s scoring goals for fun in Germany.
“I’m not sure Erling Haaland is better than Dusan Vlahovic at the moment,” Djurdjevic said.
“Vlahovic is starting to transform his talent into quality. He uses both feet, has a great header, moves really well, is a hard worker and focuses on scoring goals.”
