It’s been almost a month since Neil Lennon resigned from Celtic and the public aren’t much closer to knowing who’s going to succeed him in Glasgow.
There’s a big rebuilding job needed at Parkhead after Old Firm rivals Rangers cruised to a first Premiership title since 2011.
But the most important addition has to be the manager and some interesting names are reportedly in the mix.
One intriguing proposition is Chris Wilder, who is considered the favourite to land the job.
And The Scottish Sun has reported that despite being sacked by Sheffield United earlier this month, the 53-year-old is already on the lookout for another post.
If true, this could benefit Celtic in a big way.
If Wilder has designs on getting back into management as soon as possible, and the Hoops are genuinely keen on appointing him, then it seems a perfect match, but time will tell.
