According to The Mirror, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have both been offered the chance to sign Real Madrid winger Lucas Vazquez.
It’s claimed that the North London duo have been approached to see whether they would be interested in taking Vazquez on a free transfer.
The 29-year-old is out of contract this summer, and looks set to leave having snubbd a new three-year deal to stay at the Bernabeu.
That would have seen Vazquez take a pay cut, which he seemingly isn’t keen on as he now plots a move away from the Spanish capital.
He has told his representatives to find a Premier League club, and he would ‘love’ to join Tottenham in order to play for Jose Mourinho.
Vazquez was coming through at Real Madrid when Mourinho was managing there, but whether Mourinho will actually be in charge this summer remains to be seen.

Mourinho is under huge pressure having crashed out of the Europa League with a 3-0 defeat at Dinamo Zagreb, and he could be sacked this summer if results don’t pick up.
Vazquez fancies living in London which is why Arsenal have also been sounded out about a potential move at the end of the season.
Capable of playing at right back or on the right wing, Vazquez could offer a versatile option, but neither side should be looking to give big contracts to players approaching 30 right now, meaning Vazquez should not be a priority target.
