The Champions League quarter-final draw was made today, and one of the ties is between Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool and Zinedine Zidane’s Real Madrid.
Defending Premier League champions Liverpool got the better of RB Leipzig 4-0 on aggregate in the Round of 16 of Europe’s premier club competition. Meanwhile, Madrid won 4-1 on aggregate against Atalanta in the last round.
The Reds and Los Blancos faced each other in the final of the Champions League in 2018.
It was an eventful game which ended in favour of Madrid, and some fans of the Spanish and European giants believe that Los Blancos will emerge victorious again this time around.
Below are some of the best comments on Twitter:
Liverpool are not having the best of seasons in the Premier League, and there is a chance that they could end up outside the top four.
Winning the Champions League would guarantee the Reds a spot in next season’s competition. It will also see the Merseyside club end the campaign on a positive note.

Just like Liverpool, Madrid are far from imperious in La Liga at the moment, although the defending Spanish champions are still very much in the race for the title.
Los Blancos have not been exactly great in the Champions League, but they have done the job in the group stage and the last-16 round.
