
Chris Sutton has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the defeat for Steven Gerrard’s Rangers this evening.
Rangers have suffered a 2-0 defeat to Slavia Prague at Ibrox in the second leg of their Europa League Round of 16 tie.
The Gers drew the first leg of the tie 1-1 away from home, meaning that the newly-crowned Scottish Premiership champions have been knocked out 3-1 on aggregate.
It was a very disappointing performance from Rangers, who ended the game with just nine men after Kemar Roofe and Leon Balogun were sent off in the second half.
Former Celtic striker Sutton has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the defeat for Rangers and has responded to Scottish wrestler Drew McIntyre, who is a Gers fan.
Rangers did well to progress as far as the Europa League Round of 16, but the Ibrox club will still be disappointed with tonight’s performance and result.
Having scored an away goal, Rangers would have been favourites heading into the game this evening, but they could not step up their game in the second leg at Ibrox.
