Drive to Survive season 3

Following the successes of seasons 1 and 2, it was almost inevitable that Drive to Survive would be returning to Netflix for season 3.

In February 2021, it was finally confirmed that season 3 was on its way and would be covering the 2020 Formula 1 season, one of the most chaotic and unique seasons in the sport’s history.

The new season of the F1 docuseries will release sandwiched between pre-season testing and the first race of the 2021 season and is the perfect way to build hype for the coming campaign.

  • Season 3 of Drive to Survive will feature 10 episodes in total.

Both seasons 1 and 2 also consisted of 10 episodes so it comes as little surprise to see Drive to Survive feature the same amount of episodes in season 3.

The new season looks set to be the best yet with it covering everything from the Covid-19 drama in Australia and Pierre Gasly’s unexpected win in Monza to Lewis Hamilton’s record-equalling seventh world championship and Romain Grosjean’s horrific crash in Bahrain.
