Speaking in his pre-match press conference, Jose Mourinho has confirmed that there’ll be changes from the team that beat Crystal Palace at the weekend.

The Europa League is always a chance to rotate, and it seems as though the Spurs boss will be taking advantage of this opportunity, claiming that although the team will be strong, there’s going to be changes.

“Apart from that, Joe Rodon, who is not registered, everyone is available. Am I going to repeat the team that played against Crystal Palace? No.”

“We won’t play with the same team that beat Palace but any team we put out will be strong.”

We can only wonder what the London club’s starting XI will look like against Dinamo Zagreb.

Changes are always to be expected in the Europa League, especially with a north London derby on the horizon for Spurs.

Everyone is available except for Joe Rodon and Giovani Lo Celso, so Mourinhio has a lot of options, and we know he’s been keen to experiment in the Europa League this term.

Indeed, the likes of Dane Scarlett, Marcelo Lavinier and Nile John got a chance last time out, so we may well see some more youngsters introduced here.

However, a strong side seems to suggest that we’ll be seeing at least one of Spurs’ star players starting in this one, and with the Europa League looking like a viable route to Champions League qualification, Mourinho will be wise to start a strong side.
