According to Eurosport, Arsenal will make an offer for Norwich City attacking midfielder Emiliano Buendia in the summer transfer window.
It has been reported that Arsenal wanted to sign Buendia in the January transfer window, but Championship club Norwich told the Gunners that he was not available at any price.
The report has claimed that the North London club plan to revisit the situation at the end of the season and will make an offer for the 24-year-old.
Emiliano Buendia Stats
According to WhoScored, Buendia has scored 10 goals and provided 10 assists in 29 Championship games for Norwich so far this season.
The 24-year-old playmaker made 28 starts and eight substitute appearances in the Premier League for the Canaries last season, scoring one goal and providing seven assists in the process, according to WhoScored.
Good signing for Arsenal?
Emile Smith Rowe and Martin Odegaard are the two main attacking midfielders in the current Arsenal team.
Odegaard is only on loan from Real Madrid, and the Norway international is also just 22 years of age.
Buendia is 24 and has more experience in English football, and for the right price, the playmaker – described as an “incredible player” by former Norwich striker Dean Ashton on talkSPORT (4:42pm, February 25, 2021) – would be a good signing for Arsenal.
