Leeds fans have taken to Twitter in reaction to what the BBC tweeted about Raphinha yesterday evening, before the 2-0 defeat to West Ham.
The BBC posted a video showing Victor Orta – Director of Football at Elland Road – talking about the Brazilian’s future.
Orta plays down suggestions that the 24-year-old could leave Elland Road, as two Premier League giants reportedly circle around the forward.
The Mirror have revealed that Liverpool and Manchester United are interested in signing the £17 million man, who only arrived at Leeds in October.
Since then, he has scored five goals and assisted five more in 22 Premier League appearances.
Aside from the goal involvements, Raphinha’s dazzling skills and flamboyancy have also caught the eye of Leeds fans, and neutrals too.

He is a typical South American attacker, who does things that excite supporters and make them fall in love with a player like this.
In that respect, fans will be happy to see Orta dismiss talk about a potential exit for Raphinha – he describes the speculation as ‘clickbait’ and nothing more.

It would be absolutely heartbreaking if the winger left Yorkshire before a packed Elland Road were able to witness his immense talents.
Let’s see how the Leeds fans reacted to the BBC’s tweet yesterday evening…
