According to TMW, Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Sasa Lukic from Torino in the summer of 2021.
Tottenham’s Premier League and London rivals Crystal Palace are also claimed to be interested in securing the services of the 24-year-old midfielder.
Palace make an offer for the Serbia international in the January transfer window, but it was not enough, according to the report, which has added that the Eagles plan to make another move for him at the end of the season.
The report in the Italian news outlet has described Lukic as a ‘jewel’.
Lukic may be 24 years of age, but the midfielder is a very experienced footballer who has been playing regularly in the first team for years now.
The Serbian came to the fore at Partizan and moved to Torino in 2016 where he has established himself as an important player.
According to WhoScored, the midfielder has made 17 starts and four substitute appearances in Serie A for Torino so far this season, scoring three goals in the process.
Lukic also made 20 starts and 10 substitute appearances in the league for the Turin club last season, scoring one goal and providing one assist in the process, according to WhoScored.
