Report: Everton and West Ham join Klopp in targeting Serie A man; could cost £10m

Torino are hoping to tie Gleison Bremer down to a new contract with West Ham United, Everton and Fulham hoping to sign the Serie A centre-back, as reported by ToroNews.

If you are wondering why the Granata are concerned about the future of this 23-year-old Brazilian, just look at the way he performed during Friday’s 1-0 win at Cagliari.

Not only was Bremer in fine form at one end – winning eight aerial duels and completing a game-high seven clearances – he also made the difference at the other (WhoScored).

The highly-rated centre-back scored the only goal away at Cagliari, firing home his fourth Serie A goal in just 19 appearances while securing a vital win for a relegation-threatened Torino side.

Juventus’s city rivals are understandably desperate to keep hold of Bremer for as long as humanly possible.

President Urbano Cairo and director Davide Vagnatti are hoping to extend the former Atletico Mineiro’s contract to ward off a lengthy queue of suitors.
