Netflix has just released the limited-series ‘Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan’ around the world, but is this a JoJo spin-off, when is it set and will there be a second season?

Netflix has a fantastic library of anime content and they have just added a beloved title to their catalogue, Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan.

The four-episode series has just been released around the world on the streaming platform.

When is Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan set?

The events in Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan take place between the fourth main story arc in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, Diamond is Unbreakable, and the fifth, Golden Wind.

Will there be a Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan season 2?

At the time of writing, there doesn’t appear to be any plans for Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan to return for another season.

However, as the series is entirely based on the relating chapters in the manga, there is always the possibility that more Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan content could be produced.

Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan being an official spin-off also opens to door to an entirely original continuation of the series.

Perhaps the performance of the series of Netflix could tempt the streaming-giant to invest their considerable resources into another season of OVA’s?
