The Crunchyroll Anime Awards 2021 are running again for its fifth year! The event can be seen worldwide by many adoring fans of anime and manga which shows their favourite characters, series and artists. We talk about the date, start time, categories and where to watch it!

Last years ‘Crunchyroll Anime Awards’ was hosted by WWE’s very own Austin Creed, from San Francisco. The awards were presented live on 15th February (PST) and featured special guests. This year’s selected judges can be seen here.

The event was just over 2 hours long and could be watched on YouTube. Along with special guests appearing on the show, Crunchyroll also held contests for fans. You can see last years winners, here!

This year, everyone is wondering “what time and date will it start and where can I watch it?”.

What date is the Anime Awards?

The Anime Awards show will be available to watch on Friday, 19th February 2021. For some this may be shown on Saturday, 20th February, depending on your time zone.

A panel of judges was put together a month prior, so fans could vote for their favourite nominations. This was a week-long event that ran between 15th -17th January 2021.

Sites you can watch it on include, Twitch, YouTube, Facebook and of course the official Crunchyroll site. Tune in on the date and time listed and good things will appear!

What time do the anime awards start?

Crunchyroll’s Anime Awards show will be available to stream at 5 PM (PST).
