NBC’s new arrival, Young Rock, delves into the childhood and upbringing of wrestling and acting legend, Dwayne ‘the Rock’ Johnson.
To do this, we are introduced to four versions of Dwayne Johnson from throughout his life, all played by different actors.
But just who plays each version of Dwayne ‘the Rock’ Johnson in NBC’s Young Rock?

Young Rock begins on NBC on Tuesday, February 16th, 2021.
The all-new series tells the story of Dwayne ‘the Rock’ Johnson as we’ve never seen it before.
In 2032, Dwayne Johnson is running to become president of the United States but at the same time, we also delve deep into The Rock’s past and explore his formative years and upbringing.
Who plays Dwayne Johnson in Young Rock?
In total, there are four versions of Dwayne Johnson we meet in Young Rock.
Dwayne Johnson as Himself
You can’t have a TV series about Dwayne Johnson without the man himself.
However, in Young Rock, we meet Dwayne in 2032 when he’s running to become president of the United States.
As well as appearing in the series as himself and the narrator, Dwayne Johnson helped to create and produce the series.
On top of that, many of the events that take place in Young Rock are based on Johnson’s own experiences.
Adrian Groulx as 10-year-old Dwayne Johnson
Taking on the role of the youngest Rock is Adrian Groulx.
Based in Toronto, Canada, Adrian has only been working in the acting industry for a few years.
Despite that, he’s already amassed a number of TV and film credits which include CBC’s The Adventures of Napkin Man!, Mighty Express and the Hallmark Channel movie The Christmas Cure.
He’s set to appear next in season 2 of Apple TV’s See alongside Jason Mamoa.
Bradley Constant as 15-year-old Dwayne Johnson
Born in Alabama, Bradley Constant has been pursuing a career in acting since the age of 12 and left home to stay in New York City before settling in Los Angeles.
Aged 22, Bradley Constant takes on the role of 15-year-old Dwayne Johnson.
Constant has just five acting credits to his name according to IMDb and aside from Young Rock and the 2018 movie Following Phil, has only appeared in short films so far.
Uli Latukefu as 18–20-year-old Dwayne Johnson
And finally, we have Uli Latukefu who takes on the role of Dwayne Johnson between the ages of 18 and 20.
The Australian actor is actually 36 years old meaning that there’s an age gap of 16-18 years between himself and his character.
Uli Latukefu has been working in the acting industry since 2013 but first appeared on screens in 2004’s series of Australian Idol.
His acting credits include the Netflix series Marco Polo, 2017’s Alien: Covenant, Australian series The End, Doctor Doctor and Devil’s Playground.
Uli is next set to appear in Taika Waititi’s upcoming film, Next Goal Wins.
Young Rock begins on NBC on February 16th, 2021.
