Tony passed away after plunging to his death from the Vincent Thomas Bridge in San Pedro, California, as reported by CNN. The police, at that time, revealed that there were notes found from Tony’s car. In the note were the number and names of his family members.

At the same time, his friend found another note from his Los Angeles office. The note was reportedly written to his family members. A passerby was the one who called 911. After the police arrived, they recovered his body from the water.
