The Colombian edition of Marca have written an article today, in which they took aim at Jamie O’Hara for his criticism of Tottenham’s Davinson Sanchez.
The former Spurs maestro slammed the £42 million defender for his display against Everton in the 5-4 FA Cup defeat at Goodison Park.
That was despite the fact Sanchez scored two of his side’s four goals.
As Marca state, O’Hara said: “Davinson Sánchez scored two goals for us and was our worst player.”
In defence of the Colombia international, Marca fairly claim that you cannot blame just one player for his side conceding five goals.

They add that Sanchez has been treated like a villain following the FA Cup defeat, before going on to describe the criticism as ‘harsh’.
In our view, Marca are spot on.
The former Ajax man has endured a tough season so far, falling out of favour under Jose Mourinho after scoring an own goal in the 3-3 draw against West Ham.

He played his part by impressively scoring two goals against Carlo Ancelotti’s men, so we’re not sure how he can be blamed for the loss.
Of course, Spurs could’ve defended better, and that includes Sanchez seeing as he was part of the backline.
However, it wasn’t fair of O’Hara to single out the South American centre-back by any means – fair play to Marca for calling him out.
