On February 3rd The Golden Globes announced their 2021 nominations, causing fans to take a look back at the films and TV shows which have graced our screens over the past year.

People have been quick to share their opinions on the nominations, though we won’t know the winners until the awards ceremony on February 28th.

Netflix won the most nominations out of all the distributors, racking up a massive 42 nominations, most notably by Mank and The Crown.

How many Golden Globe nominations 2021 did Netflix win?

Netflix earned 42 Golden Globe nominations, including 22 for films and 20 for television series.

Mank, David Fincher’s black-and-white drama about screenwriter Herman J. Mankiewicz, won six nominations, including best drama, best actor (Gary Oldman) and best director.

The Crown also swept the board as a TV series, collecting six nominations including acting nods to Josh O’Connor, Olivia Colman, Gillian Anderson, Helena Bonham Carter and Emma Corrin.
