Tottenham Hotspur fans praised Oliver Skipp after he put on another strong showing for Norwich during their Championship encounter on Tuesday night.
Daniel Farke’s side recorded a goalless draw against Millwall and Spurs supporters were impressed with the shift their loanee put in.
Skipp played the entire match for Norwich and ensured that they maintained a healthy lead at the top of the Championship table.
It’s fair to say that the Tottenham faithful are looking forward to what Skipp is going to bring to the table in North London during the long run.
Some are excited about the prospect of Skipp partnering Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg in the middle of the park.
Given that Norwich are seven points clear of third-placed Brentford – who have two games in hand – Skipp may end up earning promotion with them this term.
So, they may want to bring him on board once again next season, so it might not be a case of him walking into Tottenham’s starting XI.
But from what the Spurs fans are seeing during his loan spell, some feel not only should he return next season, but he perhaps should have been brought back early in January.
