The Denmark international has had a pretty rotten 12 months since quitting Spurs to join Inter Milan last January.
But last night, Eriksen, who joined Tottenham in 2013, scored a 97th-minute free kick to beat local rivals AC Milan at San Siro.
The North Londoners picked up £18 million for him but there’s been speculation in recent weeks about Daniel Levy bringing him back on a short-term basis, though the Lilywhites are reportedly reluctant to pay a loan fee.
