According to Sky Germany, Everton have submitted a €10 million (£8.9 million) bid for Bayern Munich striker Josh Zirkzee.
Serie A outfit Parma have also made the same offer, with the Netherlands Under-21 international said to be happy to join either side.
As a result, it is now down to Bayern Munich to make a decision.
Should the Bundesliga champions allow the 19-year-old to join Everton, the deal will initially be a loan move, with an option or obligation to buy as Sky Germany tweeted.
Everton would be getting a fine prospect if Zirkzee ended up at Goodison Park.
The teenager already has 17 first-team appearances for Bayern Munich under his belt, in which he’s netted four goals.

Additionally, his record for the Bavarians’ academy sides is also impressive.
The Dutchman scored 16 goals in just 19 games for Bayern Munich’s Under-17 side, while netting 16 in 21 outings for the Under-19s.
Zirkzee also hit eight goals in nine UEFA Youth League games, along with three assists.
So, what type of player is the Bayern Munich No.14?

Well, the Daily Mail compared him to his teammate Robert Lewandowski when profiling the Toffees target.
They likened him to the Pole due to his powerful, 6ft 3in frame, in what is a very bold, but telling comparison to say the least.
If Zirkzee is even a third of the player Lewandowski is, then Carlo Ancelotti will be getting a tremendous striker.
