West Ham United are leading the race to sign Jesse Lingard from Manchester United, the Telegraph report.
West Ham are given a ‘strong chance’ of landing the England international, as they appear to be ahead of all other suitors in the race to land him.
Lingard wants to be reunited with David Moyes, as he knows the manager well from their time at Old Trafford together.

Lingard is now just waiting on Manchester United to sanction a loan move, as he seeks regular first-team football.
The 28-year-old, who is on a £100,000-a-week contract (Goal), has struggled to break into Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side this term, with other options preferred.
At West Ham he could be an important squad player between now and the end of the season, though.
Lingard would add extra energy to their midfield, and give Moyes another option to pick in the attacking midfield slots.
