Liverpool are reportedly one of three clubs that Kylian Mbappe has his eye on.
The Reds have been linked with a move for the 22-year-old and journalist Ian McGarry revealed last week that the Anfield club were seriously weighing up a transfer.
And there just might be good news on that front from France.
According to Le Parisien, the Paris Saint-Germain striker is beginning to feel that Ligue 1 is too limiting for him and is ‘convinced’ that Liverpool are a club he knows would bring him both success and fulfillment.
The report adds that Mbappe – who according to ESPN this week is interested in the idea of playing for the Merseysiders – also feels the same about Manchester City and Spanish giants Real Madrid.
The former Monaco gem set PSG back a cool £165 million in 2018 and there’s no reason why the French champions wouldn’t make a handsome profit on him.
To be fair, this doesn’t seem to be right up Liverpool’s alley and a move to City or Madrid does look more probable, given their contrasting methods in the transfer window, but it’ll be fascinating to see what happens.
If this report is true, Mbappe fancies a move to Anfield and that’ll surely make some ears perk up.
