West Ham United fans have reacted to the rumours that Aston Villa are lining up a move for Marseille midfielder Morgan Sanson.

The Daily Mail have claimed that Villa are in talks about signing Sanson after interest from the likes of West Ham.

Villa recently allowed free-kick specialist Conor Hourihane to join Championship side Swansea City on loan until the end of the season and it seems as though Sanson will be his replacement.

Whilst those in the Villa Park boardroom have prepared their replacement for Hourihane, the same cannot be said for the Hammers, who have been linked with a ton of strikers after selling Sebastien Haller at the start of this month.

Some West Ham supporters have pointed out how well the Midlands side club is run compared to their club.

David Moyes is doing the business at the London Stadium this season, but that doesn’t paper over the fact that the relationship between the fans and the board is still sour.

Either way, a selection of West Ham fans shared their thoughts on Villa’s pursuit of Sanson:
