Micah Richards thinks that Gareth Bale should be ‘angry’ about his treatment at Tottenham Hotspur this season, as per his comments live on Sky Sports Super Sunday.
Bale was brought back to Spurs in the summer and his arrival caused great excitement in North London.
However, the Welshman’s move has not worked out as planned so far.
Bale has continuously been overlooked by Jose Mourinho, with the winger badly struggling for game time in Tottenham’s team.
And Richards feels that Bale should now be annoyed with his lack of football.

“He’s had some injuries but you’d be angry why you’re not being used,” Richards said.

“He was brought to Spurs to make them a better team, I was waxing lyrical about him at the start of the season, I was saying he could be the one to make them challenge for the title, but if he’s not even playing.
“It’s worrying because it’s not just one manager in Zidane, but it’s Mourinho too.”
Richards’ point was backed up by Roy Keane, who feels that the decision to sign Bale may have been made by Daniel Levy rather than Mourinho.
“I start to worry if Mourinho really wanted him and whether the chairman brought him. Not to give him any minutes is bizarre,” Keane said.
Bale was once again overlooked by Mourinho yesterday, as Tottenham won 3-1 against Sheffield United.
The Portuguese boss did make some attacking changes during the contest, but both Lucas Moura and Carlos Vinicius were favoured over Bale at Bramall Lane.
