Tottenham Hotspur head coach Jose Mourinho has told Football.London that he does not know what is going to happen with Danny Rose.
Mourinho has said that he does not know if Rose will stay at Tottenham or leave the North London club in the January transfer window.
The former Chelsea and Manchester United manager has added that he has watched the England international left-back play for the Tottenham Under-23 side this season and has been impressed by him.
Rose spent the second half of last season on loan at Newcastle United and was left out of Tottenham’s Premier League and Europa League squad this campaign.
Most Underrated Player at EVERY Age (18-35)
Mourinho told Football.London when asked about Rose: “I don’t know. Honestly I don’t know. Working with the U23s and playing sometimes with them and well, the couple of times I watched him. Good contribution for the kids’ team and for the kids’ development, but I don’t know what’s going to happen in the market.”

Tottenham Hotspur exit inevitable?
The Sun has reported interest in Rose from West Bromwich Albion and clubs in Spain and Germany.
Spurs signed Sergio Raguillon from Real Madrid in the summer of 2020, and Ben Davies remains an important player in the squad.
It is hard to see Rose even get in the matchday squad at Spurs, and it would make sense for the left-back to find a new club where he would get the chance to play.
