Gianluca Di Marzio has claimed on his website that Jean-Philippe Mateta will cost €15 million (£13.33 million), amid reported interest from Leeds United and West Bromwich Albion.

The well-known and well-respected Sky Sport journalist has claimed on Gianlucadimarzio.com that West Brom and Udinese are interested in the 23-year-old striker.

The Baggies have had an offer turned down by Mainz, who want €15 million (£13.33 million) for the Frenchman, according to the report.

Le Phoceen has credited Leeds with interest in the former France Under-21 international, with Mainz sporting director Rouven Schroder recently saying that they will consider big bids for him, as quoted on TEAMtalk.
