The Sinnoh Region event is now live in Pokémon Go as Niantic continue to build up to the Kanto Tour. Much like the Unova event which happened earlier this month, there’s a Sinnoh Collection Challenge available which requires you to collect specific creatures. In order to complete the collection, here you’ll discover how to get Shadow Snover and Stunky in Pokémon Go.

While the Sinnoh Collection Challenge is available to complete, trainers should also remember that Heatran is available in Raids until January 19th. The remaining Legendary Raids and Mega Bosses for the month will then be Kyogre and Groudon, as well as a surprise on the 26th.

But, before either of the upcoming raids come about, below you’ll discover how to get Shadow Snover and Stunky in Pokémon Go.

How to get Shadow Snover and Stunky in Pokémon Go

You get Shadow Snover and Stunky in Pokémon Go by defeating Team Go Rocket Grunts.

In order to get Shadow Snover in Pokémon Go, you must encounter a male Team Go Rocket Grunt who says, “you’re gonna be frozen in your tracks”.

As for Stunky, you must encounter a female Grunt who says, “wherever there is light, there is also a shadow”.

The male Grunt will have Ice-type creatures, meanwhile the female Grunt will specialise in Dark-type creatures.

It’s not guaranteed that you’ll definitely get Shadow Snover and Stunk from the aforementioned Team Go Rocket Grunts as you may encounter the second Pokémon in their team.

However, this is how you get the two Shadow-types in order to complete the Sinnoh Collection Challenge.
