‘Win’: Some non-Arsenal fans react to transfer news coming from the Emirates

West Ham United supporters on Twitter have shared their thoughts on the news that Eddie Nketiah is set to stay at Arsenal.

Mikel Arteta made it clear that Nketiah will stay at the Emirates Stadium, as he told Football London.

There had been a number of interested parties keen to add Nketiah to their books, including one of their neighbours in West Ham.

The London Evening Standard did previously claim that those at the London Stadium were keen on Nketiah’s talents after they sold Sebastien Haller to Ajax.

West Ham fans have provided a mixed reaction to the news, but it won’t stop them searching for a striker during this winter transfer window, but they can rule out Arsenal’s academy product.

Nketiah perhaps would have been a smart option given that he is a poacher in the box and he would compliment the players already at West Ham.

Michail Antonio is an all-action forward and Nketiah would have worked well with the Hammers trickster.
