According to le10sport, West Ham are hot on the trail of Reims striker Boulaye Dia, following the departure of Sebastien Haller to Ajax.
The French outlet states that the Hammers are ‘leaning heavily’ on the forward as they hunt for a Haller replacement.
Le10sport add that Reims are listening to offers for Dia, with Olympique Marseille also said to be keen on the 24-year-old if Moussa Dembele leaves.
Funnily enough, Dembele is also said to be a target for West Ham, if RMC Sport are to be believed.
Speaking generally, le10sport mention that French clubs will not be able to compete financially with the ‘weapons’ of English sides.
If that is the case, then David Moyes should push hard for Dia, in our view.

Why? Well, by all accounts, the Senegal international sounds like a decent player.
Liverpool forward Sadio Mane – an international teammate of Dia – spoke glowingly of the Reims attacker in an interview with France 3.
Liverpool’s No.10 said: ‘I didn’t know him before. But since the start of the season I’ve been following him, and I’m really impressed by his qualities. I think he won’t stay at Reims forever, believe me!’

Additionally, Ligue 1’s official website ran a feature on Dia, where they too spoke highly of his talents.
The French top-flight describe the striker as ‘utterly direct’ as well as a player who is confident finishing on either foot.
These two pieces of praise aren’t unfounded.
In 16 Ligue 1 outings this season, Dia has scored an impressive ten goals – only Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe has scored more, as the BBC show.
